Superbowl!!
We had a great time bringing a US Superbowl party to Greece Monday night with our Spanish neighbors, Greek co worker and Lithuanian/American co worker. We shopped around to find most of the ingredients for a taco dip, ate our good American salsa (courtesy of Jere and Margo for Christmas) and ordered pizza and wings from Dominoes. Since the game was shown live here at 1AM, we taped it and enjoyed it as a Monday night football game. We enjoyed the game but our Greek coworker is pretty sure that there are way too many rules!

This year, it was really more of a superbowl mourning than a party. The local New Eng. paper blames Tom Petty for his "heartbreakers", who sang "Free fallin'" for setting a mood of defeat. I am glad you enjoyed the salsa because that was the only redeeming part of our superbowl get together as well. There is always next year. Ya know Rich, maybe the redskins will even win a few...
