Valentines Day and Snow!!!

We have a little bit of catching up to do. Rich got me the most beautiful flowers for Valentines day and we had a nice dinner at our local restaurant. The entire city was decked out in 6 foot hearts decorated by various artists from around Greece. We've been told that it isn't really anything for Valentines Day specifically but Micaela and I talked Rich and Cisco into driving all over the city so that we could take pictures of them anyhow!

The next weekend (Feb 16/17) we had the biggest snow storm Athens has had in years! We actually had about 6 inches which is the most anybody I work with had ever seen in the city. It started late Saturday night and snowed all day Sunday and into Monday. It was the first time Miki had ever seen it actually snow so we had to make sure to do everything possible. We went out and had a snow ball fight and made mini snowmen on the car. After our snowy adventures we came inside for hot chocolate, a warm fire, homemade pizza and a movie.
