Bryce Comes to Athens!!!!

Oh, and so did Jeremy, Margo and Sarah! Everybody arrived Friday morning (April 18th) and after a few naps, showers and lunch at home, we headed downtown for their first tour of Athens. We spent Friday afternoon and Saturday visiting Syntagma Square, the Acropolis, Ancient Agora and did some shopping in Plaka and Monastiraki. Sunday morning, Rich, Jeremy, Margo and Sarah went to the changing of the guards at the tomb of the unknown soldier while Aunt Meredith snuggled with a sleepy Bryce at home.

Bryce liked the hats worn by the National Guard so Aunt Meredith and Uncle Rich thought he needed one to keep.

The three ladies in front of the Erechtheion where the Turkish military commander housed his harem during the Ottoman Empire.
Touring Ancient Greek ruins wore Bryce out. He took many naps in his backpack.
